Calissio Resources is developing and implementing programs that manage health, safety and environmental issues. It is Calissio's priority to recruit and employ as many laborers from the local communities.

The Company is forming a committee comprising local community leaders with the objective of this no political committee to serve as the liason with the community to identify and prioritize Calissio Resources projects as they become available. Financial assistance will decided by this newly formed committee and will focus on educational, cultural and community support programs.
